When we have collected the data we offer a consultation to provide expert advice, guidance, and recommendations to help improve overall nutrition.
Sport nutrition consultation
A consultation which involves discussing the dietary needs and goals of athletes or individuals engaging in regular physical activity. The purpose of this consultation is to optimise performance, support training and recovery, and improve overall health and well-being. Any questions regarding supplementation and ergogenic agents can be addressed.
Meal planning
Creation of personalised meal plans tailored to the individual’s nutritional needs and preferences. This plan may include specific foods, portion sizes, and meal timings. The meal planning period is optional.
